Adige & Mincio Bike tour 

Along the river Adige and Mincio by bike. In between a short distance along the Lake Garda! It is delightful to see the Mediterranean way of life gradually grow from the tart-fresh tyrolean mountain village. A short, pleasant bike ride – surrounded by mountains and beautiful landscapes, past historic villages to Lake Garda and on to Verona, with a lot of sights.

TOUR PROFILE: A simple tour, mostly flat or slightly downhill. The route was chosen to be mainly on cycle paths. For 90% of the tour you cycle on car-free cycle paths through the changing landscape from the main Alpine ridge via Trentino to the Po plain.

Individual arrival in Nauders in Austria, Tyrol. You will receive the travel documents and rental bikes (if booked). An unguarded private parking lot near the hotel is available for a surcharge.

With a slight incline from the Hotel up to Reschensee. Along the picturesque lake to the Marienberg monastery, further downhill to Laatsch, Glurns and the beautiful vacation resort of Schlanders / Naturns

Passing  well-tended  orchards  to  Meran  and  further  to  the  Adige-Eisack-  estuary  near Sigmundskron Castle to Bolzano. Overnight stay in a 3 ☼☼☼ - or 4 ☼☼☼☼ hotel on the outskirts 
of town. 

Cycling along the Adige River, you reach the Salurner Klause, San Michele all’Adige and 
on the cycling path directly to the center to the ancient council city. Overnight stay in a 
3 ☼☼☼ - or 4 ☼☼☼☼ hotel. 

Cycle along the beautiful Adige Cycle Path to Rovereto (old town, monuments) via Mori 
and the former Lago di Loppio to the day's destination. Overnight stay at a 3 ☼☼☼  or 4 ☼☼☼☼ 
hotel in Riva or in enchanting Arco (5 km from the lake, always flat). 

Boat  tour  over  lake  Garda  from  Riva  to  Garda  (inclusive)  and  per  bike  in  the  near 
Peschiera. Overnight stay in a 3 ☼☼☼ hotel.  

On the Mincio-cycling path in the center of Mantua. Train ride (every hour, ticket for the  
bike payable on spot, approx. € 5,-) to Verona. Overnight stay in a 4 ☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Booking of additional nights or return journey to Nauders in Tyrol.

Transfer Verona to Nauders:

Return transfer by bus from Verona to Nauders - € 69,- per person.
Own bikes can be transported for a fee of:
€ 38,-/ normal bike (for example trekking or touring bike)
€ 38,- per E-Bike

both WITHOUT transport insurance
This service has to be booked together with the reservation of the trip!

On other days the return transfer has to be organized by yourself!
Return transfer of customers own bikes  for additional charge 
cannot be held liable for any damage, etc., to own bicycles during the entire cycling 
tour or during transport (exclusion of liability).

Procedure for bus return: the bikes are transported as part of the bus journey to Nauders 
(= customer and bike must be transferred together).

Customers own bikes (insured value up to max. € 1.500,-) with a rim width of more than  
5 cm can only be taken on request. If the customer's own bike is not registered in advance, 
return transport may not be possible. 

Important note:
If you bring your own bikes, it is at your own risk! No liability can be accepted for damage to your own bike during the entire cycle tour and during transfers!
